This is a very deep and powerful meditative Ceremony. It has been sensitively selected to form a collection of mystical practices that benefit the skull, brain and eyes. The first is known as 'Gheranda-samhita' which is a set for the head. We then go on to perform two kriya's for the 'Eyes' and then complete our session with the 'Personality, nerves and perception' set. If you are looking for a more gentle practice that includes very little physical asana tand lots of meditation then this is an amazing ceremony for you to enjoy. As always our time together culminates in a relaxation with the 'Flower of Life' Gong.
