This is a brilliant ceremony to get your personal power activated. The first Kriya is a wonderful pranayama based practice to 'Release the navel energy'. We then move into the infamous 'Nabhi [Navel] Kriya' that is famous for being very hard work. We perform it with reduced times so that you still have room for improvement if you take it up as a personal practice. It gets the navel in shape and gets your energy on 'point'. We then perform an awesome meditation for 'prosperity, fulfilment and success' followed by a short 'pit-stop' gong relaxation. We then move into our final practice called 'Navel adjustment kriya' which is a perfect ending to this dynamic physical practice. We pop the cherry on top of the ceremony with a gong wash and then conclude with the wonderful 'Sitali Pranayama to seal the magic into every cell.
