Working the Glands & Command Post Ceremony

This Ceremony is a wonderful practice, it is a combination of Kriyas including 'Move the Glandular System' and 'Working the command post area'. These are powerful sequences with a good blend of physical and meditative action. The first kriya is very good for releasing stored anger and strengthening the navel centre, it includes some dynamic major asanas but as always gives slightly easier alternatives. In the second practice we enjoy some uplifting mantra meditation that will push you mentally. The final phase is a deep relaxation with The 'Flower of life' gong followed by a powerful 'Meditation to remove blocks in communication'.
