The Arcline Ceremony (2hr session)

This ceremony is dedicated to the sixth of the ten bodies. We begin with 'The Arcline Body Kriya for alertness' that includes a great mix of some physical asana and core strengthening poses. We then integrate with a relaxation with the flower of life gong. When we awaken from our rest we then move on to perform two different meditations with to strengthen the Arcline. The first is to 'Clear the Karmas' followed by 'Dhrib Dhristi Lochina Karma Kriya' which is said to give power to heal with your eyes and inspire with your words.
