Balancing the Vayus Ceremony (2hr session)

£15.00

Recorded on 02/02/2021 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Please be aware this is a HD quality recording.

This is a master class but all levels are welcome and will be cared for in a safe and sacred psyber space.

Please be aware when you purchase this class you will be sent a document with a zoom! link to gain access to the class, this document MUST be downloaded within 24hrs of your purchase.

There are five principal Vayus; Praana which moves in the heart area, Udaana in the throat, Samaana in the navel region, Apaana in the pelvic floor, and Vyaana which circulates throughout the whole body. This set moves all the Vayus of the body and brings an equilibrium to the entire glandular system. This is a delightful set that contains a healthy dose of cardio work, some deep spinal bends and some navel strengthening exercises. The second kriya is a challenging practice called 'Yogic Salutations' we dive deeper into back bends to open the heart chakra and conclude the practice with an ancient deep meditation called 'mantra kriya' that is said to strengthen the nervous so that nothing can bother you. As always the cherry on top of the ceremony is a final Gong relaxation to integrate the glorious energies of the practice.
