This is a beautiful practice consisting of two kriyas that are both designed to activate the third eye chakra. The first is called the 'Pituitary Gland Series' and is a strong asana based practice with plenty of long holds and deep stretches. The second kriya is called 'Ajna Stimulation' and it does exactly this, it is an active practice and concludes with a beautiful mantra meditation.
