Unlock Your Inner Resonance: A Gong Training Immersion with Joanna Gongfree & Kwali Kumara with special guest African Drums Master Seneke Sillah of Mbilla* Arts CIC was established together with Michelle in 2006 he is an uber talented Gambian musician and arts educator Master of Drums. Their mission is to use rhythm and movement to share stories, connect communities and celebrate the rich cultural traditions of West Africa.

Drums are a part of our accreditation and understanding rhythm is so important in facilitating gong.
